- Everyone is strong, and no one insists on being in charge. If you don't grab the spotlight and are willing to cooperate, things go more smoothly, and the team goes further.

- You both have minds of your own, and there is no need to fight over who decides. When both of you are strong, whoever learns to soften first makes the relationship better and better.
- Money
- Neither skill nor resources are lacking. When you work with others, don't fight over who leads. Each brings their strengths, each gives a little, and the money comes more smoothly.
