王用出征,以正邦也。

"The king sends him out to march": this is to make the state correct.

Asking about work, love or money

Work
When something needs putting right, act, but deal only with the one who started the trouble; don't drag in a whole crowd at once. Be firm without punishing to excess, and you will not go wrong.
Love
To resolve a problem, go after the real crux, and don't seize the chance to drag out every old grievance and everyone else as well. Say it clearly, stop once the point is made, and you will not go wrong.
Money
When you clean up your finances, deal with the one place that is really causing trouble; don't cut every expense across the board. Aim precisely and keep a sense of proportion, and you will not go wrong.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Li.

Line position

A yang line in a yin place: it is not in its proper place. Its partner is the third line, which is also yang, so there is no answer from it.

Top place: the end of the matter. What reaches its limit turns. Know when to stop.
