Asking about work, love or money

Work
When you lead others, you rely not on orders but on setting an example yourself, so that people are won over and look out for one another. Do that, and there is no need to worry; it turns out well.
Love
Win the other person over with your own sincerity and good character, not with demands or control. When the two of you care for each other and make allowances for each other, there is no need to worry. That is good.
Money
When it comes to how the household spends money, just lead by example; you don't need to watch every expense. When everyone trusts each other and looks out for each other, there is no need to worry about money.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Jiaren.

Line position

A yang line in a yang place: it is in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the second line, which is its opposite, so the two answer each other.

Fifth place: the center of the upper trigram, the ruler's seat, a place of achievement. This is where things are decided.
