The line

Text大蹇朋來。In great obstruction, friends come.

You have hit a big difficulty in love. As long as you treat people sincerely and keep your sense of proportion, friends and family will be willing to lend a hand. Don't be afraid to ask, and don't push their kindness away.
Money
Money is at its tightest, and the difficulty is great. If you keep your word and act with proportion, friends will be willing to help. When someone sincerely offers, accept it sincerely and work out a solution together.
