Asking about work, love or money

Work
Before deciding whom to work with or whom to follow, weigh carefully whether they can be relied on. Once you have decided, commit wholeheartedly. Keep eyeing the next hill over and you will have no peace yourself.
Love
First see clearly whether the other person deserves your trust, then give your heart. Once you have chosen, be faithful; if you still keep other thoughts in your heart, you will be the first to lose your peace.
Money
Before handing money to anyone or going into partnership, weigh their credibility. Trust only once you have thought it through, and once you trust, don't keep looking around and scheming about other avenues.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Zhongfu.

Line position

A yang line in a yang place: it is in its proper place. Its partner is the fourth line, which is its opposite, so the two answer each other.

First place: the beginning of the matter. Low position, little power. Begin carefully.
