Asking about work, love or money

Work
You have been in one place for a long time and have grown a little dry and stiff. Learn something new, take on a new piece of work, and let yourself grow again from the root; whatever you do will be favorable.
Love
A heart that has been quiet for a long time is sending up new shoots. If you are single, don't turn away someone very different from you; if you have a partner, try a new way of being together, and the relationship will come alive again.
Money
Your old line of work is earning with more and more strain, but the roots are still alive. Team up with people who are younger or full of fresh ideas, give it new blood, and it can still bring in new income; nothing is unfavorable.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Daguo.

Line position

A yang line in a yin place: it is not in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the fifth line, which is also yang, so there is no answer from it.

Second place: the center of the lower trigram, a place of praise. Stay centered and yielding.
