Asking about work, love or money

Work
You treat people with sincerity, and those above and below are willing to follow you. But friendliness alone is not enough: the rules and authority you need must also be set firmly in place, or people will take you lightly. Kindness and firmness together: that is good.
Love
Treat the other person with a true heart, and they will be willing to give you theirs. But always giving in will not do; let them know your limits, and let them respect those limits. Warmth together with a sense of measure: that is what makes it good.
Money
Do business with integrity, and people will be glad to deal with you. But being easygoing is not enough: keep the accounts clear, keep the rules firm, and collect what you are owed. Good faith plus authority: that brings good fortune.

Line position

A yin line in a yang place: it is not in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the second line, which is its opposite, so the two answer each other.

Fifth place: the center of the upper trigram, the ruler's seat, a place of achievement. This is where things are decided.
