Asking about work, love or money

Work
You have already stepped aside and are no longer the one in charge, but people are still watching you. Keep your words and actions upright as before, and don't get careless thinking no one is keeping track.
Love
Even if a relationship is behind you, or you are no longer at the center of the other person's life, people are still watching how you act. Treat others with the same dignity and restraint as before, don't let your guard down, and nothing will go wrong.
Money
Even after you step down and stop running things, people will still watch how you deal with money and with others. Keep the accounts clear, don't take advantage, give no one grounds for talk, and there is no blame.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Guan.

Line position

A yang line in a yin place: it is not in its proper place. Its partner is the third line, which is its opposite, so the two answer each other.

Top place: the end of the matter. What reaches its limit turns. Know when to stop.
