Asking about work, love or money

Work
You have the position and you can bring people together; that is fine. But some are still not convinced: don't press them with your authority, and win them over slowly by doing well, doing right and keeping your word over the long haul.
Love
Your place in this relationship is secure, but the other person still has doubts. Don't rush to prove yourself with words; treat the other person well over the long run, be steady and keep your word, and the doubts and regrets will slowly fade.
Money
The money and resources are in your hands and your position is secure, but your partners are not all convinced yet. Don't use money to lean on people or to buy their loyalty; keeping your word, being fair and staying constant over the long run is what wins people over.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Cui.

Line position

A yang line in a yang place: it is in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the second line, which is its opposite, so the two answer each other.

Fifth place: the center of the upper trigram, the ruler's seat, a place of achievement. This is where things are decided.
