Asking about work, love or money

Work
First make sure people trust you, then go change the old rules and replace what doesn't make sense. Change made this way is a good thing, and the hesitation and regret you had before will fade along with it.
Love
Once the other person trusts you, bring up the change: a new way of being together, or a step forward for the relationship. With that trust in place, the change goes smoothly, and the earlier regret will fade too.
Money
You can scrap the old rules for income and spending and switch to a more sensible way of managing money. Where family or partners are involved, win them over first and then set the new rules, and the change will go smoothly.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Ge.

Line position

A yang line in a yin place: it is not in its proper place. Its partner is the first line, which is also yang, so there is no answer from it.

Fourth place: next to the ruler, a place of caution. Serve those above with care.
