Asking about work, love or money

Work
Break up the small circles, including your own faction. Stop dividing people into yours and mine, and bring everyone together around the whole undertaking. Only by giving up the small group can you gather something big; few people would think of this step.
Love
Don't split the relationship into your side and my side, each rallying your own friends and family. Let go of these little camps, and the two of you can truly stand together. If you are single, step out of your old circle, and your world will open up.
Money
Don't guard only the small interests and private books of a few people. Let go of the little benefits shared out behind closed doors and give more people a stake; only together can something big be done. Give up the small, and you can gather the large.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Huan.

Line position

A yin line in a yin place: it is in its proper place. Its partner is the first line, which is also yin, so there is no answer from it.

Fourth place: next to the ruler, a place of caution. Serve those above with care.
