Asking about work, love or money

Work
Stop going over a single gain or loss again and again. Put the calculating aside and focus on moving forward. If you walk the right way, nothing is unfavorable, and past regrets will pass too.
Love
Stop keeping score of who gives more and who gets less, and stop worrying about losing what you have. If you like someone, go to them openly; if you are together, treat each other sincerely. Moving forward is good.
Money
Don't fix your eyes on short-term gains and losses. Let go of penny-pinching calculation and push ahead with doing what needs doing well. With a broader outlook, nothing about money is unfavorable.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Jin.

Line position

A yin line in a yang place: it is not in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the second line, which is also yin, so there is no answer from it.

Fifth place: the center of the upper trigram, the ruler's seat, a place of achievement. This is where things are decided.
