The line

Text豐其蔀,日中見斗。往得疑疾,有孚發若,吉。The screen is so large that the Dipper is seen at midday. Going brings suspicion and ill will. There is sincerity that opens the way: good fortune.

In plain wordsThe covering is so great that the Northern Dipper can be seen in broad daylight. You see clearly, but the one above you is in the dark; if you go to follow him, you will only be suspected. The only way is to build up enough sincerity to move him and open his eyes. Good fortune.

The Image commentary on this line

Asking about work, love or money

Work
You see clearly, but the people above you are in the dark, and if you rush to wake them up, you will only be suspected. Don't press your advice. Let your genuine sincerity and your work help them see it little by little; that is good.
Love
For now the other person can't see what you feel, or can't see the problem between you; the more you rush to explain, the more suspicion you stir up. Don't argue. Show your sincerity and let your actions slowly win the other person over; that is good.
Money
The person who decides about the money can't see the situation, and when you rush to warn them, you are suspected of having your own motives. Don't fight it. Lay out the accounts, and let sincerity and the facts help them see for themselves; that is good.

This is how to read it when this is the only changing line. With several changing lines, first see which text governs; for the hexagram as a whole, see Feng.

Line position

A yin line in a yin place: it is in its proper place; it holds the center of its trigram. Its partner is the fifth line, which is also yin, so there is no answer from it.

Second place: the center of the lower trigram, a place of praise. Stay centered and yielding.
