The line
In plain wordsThe covering is great, and the Northern Dipper can be seen in broad daylight. It is dark above, so go downward and find the person who is of one heart and one virtue with you. Good fortune.
The Image commentary on this line
豐其蔀，位不當也。日中見斗，幽不明也。遇其夷主，吉；行也。
"The screen is so large": it is not in its proper place. "The Dipper is seen at midday": it is dark, and there is no light. "One meets the lord who is one's equal. Good fortune": one acts.

- If the wider situation or the people above can't be relied on, stop waiting around. Team up with people you trust, whose strength matches yours, and do some solid work you can see clearly. Getting moving is good.
