Asking about work, love or money

- You are the one in charge, but you don't need to understand everything yourself. Bring talented people in and let them offer their ideas freely; the work gets done well, and a good name follows.

- When you can't see clearly in love, borrow someone else's eyes: listen to what trusted friends say, and notice the other person's strengths more and let them shine. Being willing to take things in with an open mind is a good thing.
